On Friday, November 24, 2023, the Indonesian Biotechnology Consortium (KBI) held a seminar titled “Beginning a Sustainable Future with Spirulina” in the Conference Room Hall D1 of the JIEXPO Kemayoran in Jakarta. The seminar was part of the Business Forum series at the China Home Life 2023 Expo, which was supported by KBI in collaboration with PT Meiorent.

IBC OC & Members Meeting at PT Elokarsa Utama – June 27th, 2023

The Indonesian Biotechnology Consortium (KBI) convened its member meeting once again on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at PT Elokarsa Utama, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta. Similar to the previous gathering, this session followed a hybrid format and saw the participation of representatives from KBI member institutions spanning various regions in Indonesia.

RApid Metabolome Extraction and Storage (RAMES) Workshop

As part of “The International Conference & Workshops in conjunction with the 8th Indonesia Biotechnology Conference (IBC) 2023” series, a workshop took place on May 18, 2023, at Eka Karya Botanical Garden in Bedugul, Bali. The aim was to introduce and provide training on the RAMES method to graduate students and researchers in the biotechnology field.

The International Conference & Workshops in Conjunction with the 8th Indonesia Biotechnology Conference (IBC) 2023 was held on May 16–17, 2023, in Denpasar by KBI in cooperation with BRIN, Universitas Nasional, and with support from Rutgers–The State University of New Jersey, Asia-Pacific Network for Global Change Research, National Institutes of Health, and Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar.
